No. Everything sold by Frost Bio is supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research and development. It is not a drug, supplement or food, it has not been evaluated by Health Canada, and it is not intended for human or veterinary use. See the research disclaimer.

Because a ten-vial box is only a good deal if the material is good, and you cannot know that until after you have bought all ten. One vial is the cheapest honest way to find out whether a supplier is worth a second order. There is no minimum spend and no bundle you have to buy into.

Yes, and it applies on its own — no code. Buying the same vial in quantity takes 10% at 3, 15% at 5, 20% at 10. The discount is calculated in the cart, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

The certificates published on this site were produced by independent testing labs — Janoshik Lab and Freedom Diagnostics — not by us. A report identifies the compound, measures purity by HPLC with mass spectrometry confirming identity, and states the peptide mass found in the vial. Blends are reported per component rather than as one purity figure. You can read every report we hold on the lab results page.

Five things are worth checking. Compound and dose at the top — it should match the vial you are looking at. Purity, the share of the material that is the target peptide by HPLC peak area. Mass, the peptide the lab actually found in the vial, which should be at or a little above the labelled dose. Result date, when the lab ran it. And the lab and verification code — most of our reports come back from Janoshik, which prints a code you can check against the lab’s own records, and where a code is issued we publish it beside the report rather than asking you to take the image on trust. Not every report carries one: a couple in the set name neither a batch nor a code, and we publish those as they are rather than tidying them up. A COA does not certify sterility or endotoxin load, and it cannot by itself prove the vial in your hand came from the batch on the page — which is what the next answer is about.

Not automatically, and we are not going to claim otherwise. What is published here are the reports we hold today; some cover a lot we are still shipping, some were run on a different vial size than the one now listed. If you want the certificate covering the lot printed on your label, email your order number and that lot code to [email protected]. You will either get the certificate, or a straight answer that we do not hold one for that lot yet.

Vials leave here lyophilised (freeze-dried), and in that form the material is shipped at ambient temperature; the cold chain matters after reconstitution, not before. Temperature-sensitive items go out in insulated packaging. If a parcel arrives warm, check the seal and the cake inside rather than assuming the worst — and if anything looks wrong, contact us before you open it.

General laboratory handling guidance, not dosing or medical advice: keep sealed lyophilised vials cool, dark and dry, refrigerated for longer holds and frozen for long-term storage. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate, keep the vial out of light, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and work to the stability window reported for that specific compound.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, quoting your order number, with photos of the outer packaging and the vial. We replace or refund breakages and mis-picks. We ship within Canada and to all 50 US states, including DC. We do not currently ship anywhere else — orders to other destinations are cancelled and refunded. Prices are charged in CAD.

Orders leave within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Canadian addresses typically see delivery 2–8 business days after that via Canada Post; US addresses typically 5–8 business days via tracked cross-border delivery. Remote regions can add a few days. Full detail on the shipping page.

We accept Interac e-Transfer and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC). e-Transfer instructions are shown as soon as you place the order, and transfers usually clear within hours. We never store your card details on our servers.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel is scanned (Canada Post for Canadian orders, tracked carrier for US orders), and the same status is on your orders page.
