You must be 18+ and purchasing for legitimate research. Products are sold for in vitro laboratory use only, and never for human or veterinary use.
We ship within Canada and to all 50 US states (including DC). We do not currently ship outside Canada and the United States. Orders to other destinations will be cancelled and refunded.
All prices are listed and charged in CAD, including on orders shipping to the United States. Prices may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price charged.
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed using one of the methods offered at checkout (Interac e-Transfer or cryptocurrency). Orders unpaid after 7 days are automatically cancelled.
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. Damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the outer packaging and the vial; we replace or refund those.
Products are sold "as-is" for research purposes. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, especially any medical or veterinary purpose. Certificates of analysis report identity, purity and content for the lot tested; they are not a warranty of sterility or of fitness for any use.
Frost Bio's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
