Name, email, phone (optional), shipping address, order history, and basic browser data for site functionality. We do not store payment card details on our servers — card payments, where offered, are handled entirely by the payment processor.
To process and ship your orders, communicate about your purchases, and (if you opted in) send occasional marketing emails.
Canada Post and any other shipping carrier we use to deliver your order, and our payment processors for the transaction itself. We never sell or rent your personal information.
We set a session cookie to keep your cart and login state, and a referral cookie if you arrive through an affiliate link. Your browser also stores whether you have dismissed our newsletter popup.
Pages on this site load third-party marketing pixels (Whop and TikTok), and Google Analytics / Google Ads tags when those are configured. Those services set their own cookies and receive page-view data under their own privacy policies. Browser and device controls that block them work normally here — nothing on the site depends on them.
You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. Requests are handled in line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA). Marketing unsubscribe is one click — see the link at the bottom of any campaign email.
Order records are retained for accounting purposes. Inactive accounts can be deleted on request.
