Single vials, no minimum order — tracked shipping from Canada
Logistics

Shipping

One vial or ten, it ships the same way: tracked, plain-wrapped, and out the door within one to two business days of payment clearing.

Where we ship — Canada & the US

We ship to every Canadian province and territory, and to all 50 US states including DC. We do not currently ship anywhere else — an order to another destination is cancelled and refunded in full.

Transit time — Canada

Canada Post, typically 2–8 business days after dispatch. Remote regions (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, northern BC, Newfoundland outports) can add 1–3 days.

Transit time — United States

Tracked cross-border delivery, typically 5–8 business days after dispatch. Customs paperwork is handled on our side; there is nothing for you to file. Cross-border parcels can sit at the border for a day or two without the tracking updating — that is normal and not a lost parcel.

Rates

$15.00 flat rate, to Canada and the US alike. Free on orders over $250.00. Everything is billed in CAD, including orders shipping to the US.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. e-Transfers usually clear within hours, so an order placed in the morning often goes out the same day. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned.

How it is packed

Plain outer packaging, no exterior branding and nothing on the label describing the contents. Vials travel lyophilised (freeze-dried) at ambient temperature — that is the stable form, and the cold chain matters after reconstitution rather than in transit. Temperature-sensitive items go out insulated.

Damaged, missing or stalled

Report breakages or a short shipment within 48 hours of delivery, quoting your order number and with photos of the outer box and the vial — we replace or refund. If tracking stops moving, send us the number and we will chase the carrier. Either way, start at the contact page.

Everything shipped is supplied for in vitro laboratory research only — not for human or veterinary use. Storage and handling guidance is in the FAQ.
